Job Search Support

These sessions are customized for an active job search. We'll discuss your preferences and guide you on how to determine whether a company or team aligns with your goals and values.

Additionally, we'll focus on practical aspects of the job search, such as reviewing your resume and preparing for interviews, as well as negotiating salaries.

Small Knowledge Sharing Groups

For many of us, the prospect of meeting new people and networking can feel like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded. But fear not! You're in good company here, as we have plenty of members who can relate to that sentiment.

Our meetups will be organized into small groups (4-6 people), always featuring an agenda and structure.

Articles & Insights

We aim to produce content that is relevant to you, customized for the Swedish tech market. We'll also share content from other resources that could be helpful as you navigate your career.

Some example topics we plan to explore include "how to identify a good manager during an interview process so you don't end up with a non-supportive manager" or "how to lead a project and convince teams to cooperate when you're not officially in charge."
